Everyone I dealt with at 1st class marble and granite were very professional, kind and patient. Alvaro was the best and made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Install went smooth and the 2 installers were also very nice and respectful of our home. I have nothing bad to say and would highly recommend to friends, family or anyone looking for their project to be done “1st Class”!

First Class Marble & Granite did a beautiful job at my project in Portsmouth, RI. The project was very unique with many mitered corners and multiple pieces (shower walls with integrated niches, triple-tiered-waterfall'ed bar, and kitchen). Cesar, Andre and the rest of the team took the time to get into the details and allowed the process go smoothly. I would recommend First Class to anyone looking for professionalism and perfection.

Time and time again this team takes our wild ideas and turns them into reality. It is amazing to be able to work with every department in the company. It goes to show how insync they are... and everyone is extremely thorough. Between Cesar and Steven my team and I feel like we've won the lottery. They keep us updated on progress on templates... things being cut in the shop... and on install. Cesar also keeps us in the loop on any new material that comes in or he thinks we'd like. As a design team this is critical as we don't always have time to get places to see things and he acts as our eyes and ears.
What sets them a part is without a doubt the work they do behind the scenes. They take the time to review and assess every detail before it even hits fabrication. They also document everything. From a designers standpoint this is huge... some days we aren't able to meet them for template or install and they are able to communicate with us as if we are there. Any issues that come up.. they handle it with class. ha - first class.
From my teams perscpective and mine... a great stone fabricator is a MUST! It is one of the last things to go in and a lot rides on it being a smooth install. This peace of mind is something we can't put a price on.

I cannot say enough good things about First Class Marble. They are a premier operation from top to bottom. The selection process and project management phases were excellent, but it was their professionalism and execution toward the end of the project that truly earned them a customer for life.

We were recommended to First Class Marble & Granite by a member on a community Facebook group. So happy we went ahead and booked the consultation with Julia. She took the time to hear what we were looking for and showed us several samples. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the care of different stone options. She also listened to us to help us narrow down what we liked and didn’t like. She was wonderful to work with and promptly gave us some quotes. We renovated our kitchen and purchased our countertop from First Class. We visited their warehouse in Franklin, where we were able to see the slabs in person, along with samples of edges, sinks, and other details.
We took advantage of a winter sale that included removal, installation, and a kitchen sink for one flat price, which was a great value. They also provided a generously sized sample, which was very helpful when selecting our backsplash tile and paint.
Their team came out to laser-measure the cabinets and countertop area, then produced precise drawings for CNC cutting. They also shared a grain layout for our approval, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our countertop. The team was professional, easy to work with, and delivered a smooth experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy countertop installation.

Our experience with First Class Marble and Granite was excellent from start to finish. Lody was extremely knowledgable and directed us to the perfect samples right away.
